Our Cajun recipes are a perfect blend of herbs and spices.   In some cases, the recipes have been passed down from generation to generation.  The term "Cajun", with respect to the culinary world, does not necessarily mean that the food will be spicy, red hot.  To the contrary, when the proper blend of spice is achieved, a Cajun meal will have a robust flavor that will make you savor every single bite and leave you coming back for more. 

If you prefer a hot, spicy Cajun meal, we can deliver that as well - you may want to try our extra spicy Jambalaya or let your waitress know that you like your Cajun spicy hot!  We've provided brief explanations about our dishes on the menu below.  Remember that we have a full, classic American menu selection as well!
